Pet Policy

Pet Policy

Georgia Green allows for 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $550.00 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $25.00 per month for each pet.

RAM Partners has a "NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS" policy.

All applicants are required to complete Pet Screening prior to move-in. The Pet Screening Yearly Fee is $35
