Pet Policy

We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies to the first pet, plus an additional $200 non-refundable fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet.

RAM Partners has a "NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS" policy.

All applicants are required to complete a Pet Screening prior to move-in. The Pet Screening Yearly Fee is $35
